News Update - 1st October, 2008 Welcome to our October update, many of you will have received our latest news email covering a fraction of the great products and bargains American Sports UK have to offer. Site Changes We also mentioned in the last update that we were making some changes to the site to make your shopping experience a lot simpler and more secure. You may notice there is a My Account link in the navigation bar above. We are using this to gradually phase out our anonymous ordering system we currently use and to introduce a new discounts and promotions system. On November 1st, 2008 you will be required to register for an account and login to our secure shop system before you are able to place an order. We apologise for those of you who may not have been able to order in the past due to restrictions based on university networks. However, if you sign up for an account today, you should find you can order with no problems! Monthly Prize Draw Also, signing up will automatically enter you in our new monthly customer prize draw where we will be giving away high quality products for free every month for registered customers! In the unlikely event of your items not being in stock, we will endeavour to notify if the delay is significant (28 days or over) with a realistic delivery date or offer a full refund if the item is still unavailable after this time. We are also able to deal with all warranty queries and issue spares or replacements direct from stock unlike agents. American Sports can now supply products to most European countries.
